"All orders placed on www.soltrader.com are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days provided all necessary payments have been successfully completed."

Shipping Times

"All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless express service is requested. FedEx Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days of shipping depending on the destination. In case the delivery address is a PO Box, we will ship via USPS as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes."

Returns/Refunds

"Because all products are for tobacco use only, we cannot accept returns on used product. A brand new, unused product in its original condition and packaging can be returned within seven days of delivery. Please contact us to get a RMA number. Once the product is returned to us, our staff will carefully check it and once the process is complete, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. A refund credit may take up to one billing cycle to reflect on your account depending on your bank / credit card company."
